PROJECTS

Acquisition or Buy Out?
Start-Up or Franchise?

Which of those business launch models you choose depends entirely upon you, and the type of business you most want to be in.  But just because you want to be in a certain business doesn't mean you can't take advantage of other "Cash Flow Generators", or those opportunities which you can own or manage, and spin off cash to grow your preferred company.  Wouldn't it be great to have excess cash to start a new business?

We will look at your chosen Business, with its Industry, Market, Company (whether Franchise or Buy-Out), Product and/or Service, its potential Earnings and your anticipated FMV, or "Fair Market Value".

You will also receive recommendations from us in terms of Funding, Use of Funds, Source of Funds and how we can help you reach your desired results.

Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats.  Experts call those titles the "SWOT" matrix, and we will be walking you through that in part of our consulting process. Each of the business models have benefits and risks, and we will work through each area to help you decide which course of action is best for you and your goals. Then we do what we do best.  Help you succeed!

Shown below are several examples of companies I've helped grow.      ~Gene Irwin
Computervison
In the world of CAD/CAM, there was none better.

Computervision was one of the largest and most successful CAD/CAM design and manufacturing companies in the late '70's and 80's, who had tremendous impact on major projects throughout the world.  Their pioneering technology greatly aided 3D design and manufacturing in all industries, including IC (Integrated Circuitry, VLSI, Printed Circut board design), 3-D modeling and 5-axis machining. My role was to help grow the new  A, E & C (Architecture, Engineers & Constructors) market from 0 to over $30,000,000 in less than 2 years.

Eventually, design engines got faster, the software more affordable, and in this generation, CADDS modeling can be done on a low-cost laptop with great efficiency.  The workstations of the recent past remain a testament to long-lived  technology and design.

Combustion Engineering CE-NATCO
CE-NATCO (National Tank Company)

NATCO was the premier supplier of equipment for domestic and international Oil & Gas exploration and processing, with emphasis on oilfield services equipment and marine / platform work.

As a Design Engineer, my role was to design some of the Thermodynamic processes which were involved in the Direct Heaters and related equipment, used in manufacturing, food processing, and oilfield support throughout the world.

Microelctronics and Computer Technology Corporation
In the world of Technical Design, R&D, Computer Technolgy.. none better.

Working with nineteen major companies in a High Technology Consortium, we consulted with some of the best minds in multiple fields to create the technologies and products we all take for granted today.  Among those scientists and engineers were some of the best the world has to offer, from DEC, Honeywell, National Semiconductor, Harris, Control Data, Advanced Micro Devices, Sperry-Univac, Motorola, RCA, NCR, Microsoft, Boeing, GE, Lockheed, Martin Marietta, Westinghouse, 3M, Rockwell and Kodak.

As my largest client in the Arificial Intelligence market, we helped them succeed by first puting our Regional Service location in the basement of their HQ building. That made their multi-million dollar decision much easier, knowing they had on-site service 24/7. It takes service to succeed!

Global Funding & Acquisitions Corporation

We work directly to help launch Acquistions, Start-Ups and Franchise Owners
regardless of the size of the business or experience of the Owners and staff.

Nearly all of our team of experts have been where you are today... at the beginning of a great opportunity. The question isn't whether you can "start your own business".  The question is, can you grow it into something tremendously successful and profitable?  Remember that the value of a company is based on its EARNINGS, not necessarily on sales volume.  We will help you analyze the Industry, Market, Competition, Opportunities and a group of other variables to give you the best chance for success, whether you decide to acquire a business, develop a start-up, or buy a franchise.

What you do with that expert advice and direction, is up to you.         ~ Gene Irwin
